How do you know they weren't clapping out of respect? When a player is injured during a sports game and doesn't get up right away, it is customary to clap out of respect if they are able to later stand. It actually shows they're happy you're okay...

Congrats on getting a standing-O for simply falling in a chair! Last time I fell into a chair I only got splinters :D (p.s., why is my comment up here? I typed it into the very bottom box! :)

#4 I agree I mean if you wouldve gotten hurt and they would have clapped then it woulda been a fml situation

Actually, I think they were clapping for the intelligent chairs. After all, you said the chairs "decided" to fold in.

This is an FML? You didn't die and you got a standing ovation. That is a major WIN in my book. Now walk it off and quityerbitchin.

This doesn't suck at all! If nobody had cared it'd be an FML, but an ovation when you got back up? Fantastic!
