Don't blame it on the wrong person. Your ex boyfriend might have a problem... Liking gaming and all is a thing, but giving up relationships and other things in life for games sounds more like addiction.

Your ex may have had a real problem breaking away from playing. You could also be extremely demanding and giving him zero free/alone time. Or even if you do allow him it and you're hanging out together, his choice of playing something to relax isn't allowed because it's gaming, whereas you sitting on your phone; is. Examples, of course, but they're situations completely possible. If it's honestly someone who refuses to do anything with you when you're together, then heck yeah be glad you broke up! Don't waste your time!
