Today, I found out my husband has been messaging younger girls on Tinder and trying to meet up. I asked him why he would do such a thing when we have a healthy sex life. His response was ,“They’re just hotter, just like that senior football player you cheated on me with in sophomore year high school.” We’re 40 now. FML

On the one hand, you cheated. On the other, since he stayed with you, I assume he made the decision to forgive you. Once all is forgiven, he shouldn't throw that back in your face, especially if you've never cheated again in the 20+ years since high school. Since he either can't get over it, or is using it as an excuse to cheat on you (maybe both), it's time to divorce him.

shocked at all the YDIs to be honest. you're telling me if your spouse forgave you for something 25 years ago and then brought it up in an argument you'd accept that? hell no! when they say they forgive you you TRUST YOUR SPOUSE which is why it hurts when he cheats too! By the way she would have been FIFTEEN literally something she did as child
