Today, I was talking to my boss at the end of an awesome internship. He said he was really satisfied with my work, and that he had considered hiring me. Turns out he decided not to because I smile too much, and it freaks him out. FML

Today, as usual, I got to my internship early, did everything my bosses asked. At the end of the day, I was fired after 3 weeks of working unpaid overtime because they found an applicant with more experience for the job I applied to and they wanted to cut costs. FML

Sorry to hear OP. My boss threatened to fire me for the very same reason a month ago. When I tried to describe what "Resting Bitch Face" is to him, he accused me of making it up just to confuse him...

I have rbf as well. I wish I had a dollar for every time someone has asked me what's wrong because of my face...I'd be rich. They say that money can't buy happiness, but it would certainly put a smile on my face.
