Today, I was upset because my brother, who I'm very close to, didn't call me for my birthday yesterday. I told my mom about it, and we both immediately went silent on the phone, as we both realized she forgot to call me yesterday as well. FML

My best friend of many years has her birthday three days before mine. I called her for her birthday and wished her a happy birthday. Of course, she forgot to do the same three days later. Worst part is she didn't even realize she forgot. Fyl, op. it really sucks :(

Once, my best friend called me on my birthday and I answered happily thinking that he would wish me a happy birthday, instead, he asked me for the phone number of a music store and then hung up. He then immediately called back and I was happy cause he remembered... Not really, he just called again for another music store's phone. FML

Someone forgetting my birthday is not a big deal, happens to everyone. It doesn't mean that they don't care about me. I don't even put my birthday on facebook but the people I care about and want to celebrate my birthday with, I make sure that they know.
