Uh, doing exercise isn't all that hard. Just make sure to do both aerobic exercise (biking, running) and anaerobic exercise (lifting weights, push-ups, crunches/sit-ups). Do this every day or every other day and you'll see the weight come off and you and your boyfriend will be much happier. Seriously... if she's so fat that she's causing pain to her boyfriend's back during sex, there's a problem. DO YOUR EXERCISE. Don't complain or be depressed about something YOU CAN CHANGE.
I don't get it...you'd have to weigh a LOT to hurt his back, unless he had back problems. I mean, if girls can have sex with a guy who weighs like 100 pounds more than them, with him on top, with no problem, there's no way a guy should have any trouble with any girl being on top unless she's morbidly obese. Now, if he actually has legit back problems, then maybe it would make sense, but otherwise? You'd have to have gained a TON.

Seriously, if a guy complains about your weight during sex, it's too much weight. Most guys would let a little extra slide while they're getting some.
