Today, I started my period and have cramps that came from the hottest part of hell. I also have to go to work so that I don’t lose my holiday pay. Happy New Year to me. FML

Have you tried switching to a cup? I have endometriosis so I understand cramps from hell. Around my 3rd or 4th period with a cup it significantly decreased how painful my periods get and I don't even know how to put in words how thankful I am to not feel like I'm being ripped to shreds and stabbed with a barbed wired wrapped pitchfork. If you're interested I recommend the brand Saalt. Some of their variations are available at Target, but they're cheaper on the company website and on Amazon. They also have a very active judgement-free group on facebook. Hope this helps!
