Dumbass

Today, my son is an idiot, but I tried to give him the benefit of the doubt by giving him a job as a cashier in one of my stores. Within half an hour, I was sent security footage from that store's manager showing my son on his phone, ignoring customers, picking his nose, and stealing money from the till. FML

It's charitable to call him an idiot. He's a crook. Idiots can get by ok, but crooks go to jail (often.)

Double fail: (1) If you already thought son was an idiot it was a bad idea to hire him to run a register… (2) It would appear that you and mom failed to teach son that it’s wrong to steal… Get him out of there immediately before he winds up costing you your business and explain why to him. Then apologize to your store manager for putting your son in a position he was clearly not qualified for… In future let son find his own job and keep him out of your business at least until he has shown he can hold a job elsewhere and behave responsibly. If you don’t do that, he could cost you a business.

YDI for nepotism, especially for someone who clearly wasn't qualified nor trustworthy.
