Ongoing crisis

Today, I found out my dad got Covid after spending the weekend at home. All my classes have me doing final projects, and my dorm's internet is a dumpster fire. FML

So, your dad stayed home and came down with a contagious virus? Must have been brought in from outside, like a young carrier who is less likely to be symptommatic, like a college aged kid who brought it home.. Hmm considering the gestation period, he was exposed before the weekend. My point, stop and consider the various timeliness and vectors. It is not an instantaneous thing where you get sick by getting your feet wet within a few minutes like on TV. Dang TV and movies spreading old wives tales and lies about the immune system. but then sensationalism sells.
