Today, during an argument between me and my boyfriend, he called for his mom. She came up and told us both off and told us to stop screaming, as if we were kids. We are both well over 30. FML

Moms will see their kids as kids when they’re 65, plus it sounds like you still live with his parents, or at least he does, which means that he’s likely not a fully independent adult. Plus if two people are yelling at each other in my house it’s still my business!

How about you learn to communicate more effectively as a couple rather than resorting to screaming at each other? It's no wonder she treats you like children when you decide to behave as such.

So is it his moms house? With covid I can see why you're living there. Not sure if you want to continue with a mamas boy 😕 my ex husband had his mom and five sisters. Far too many people in a relationship
