Today, my wife and I went to a wedding. At one in the morning, when the cheese was being served, we were starting to fall asleep at the table, so we went to our car to take a short nap. When we woke up it was 5 a.m., and the party was over. FML

Today, after a long night of partying, I fell asleep, while my bride was delivering her vows. FML

Today, it was the day of my wedding. I had a massive headache a couple of hours before the ceremony so I decided to take a nap. I told my brother to wake me up an hour before it started. He forgot. Now everyone thinks I ran out on my wife. FML
Today, I was hungover the day of my cousin's wedding and fell asleep in the limo. I woke up to everyone telling me we had arrived, so I got out and started mingling. It took me a minute to realise I didn’t know anyone. Those bastards had dropped me at someone else’s wedding as a prank and drove off. FML
Today, my husband yawned in the middle of our wedding vows. FML
Today, on our twelfth wedding anniversary, my wife fell asleep at a fine dining restaurant table within seconds of asking me about my exciting job interview. FML
Today, my son was so hungover at his wedding that he fell asleep standing at the altar and fell over onto his pregnant wife, knocking her backwards onto the floor. What should have been a happy occasion turned into a farce as we rushed her to hospital to check the baby was OK. FML
Today, I accidentally slept in two hours later than I was supposed to. Today is my wedding day. FML
Today, it's my husband's and my first wedding anniversary. I came home from work hoping for at least a bouquet of flowers, only to find my husband passed out on the couch, with a few beer cans next to him. I guess I missed the party. FML

#11 -These are European cheese, not the thin slice of kraft cheese or the cheese whizz that you are accustomed to. If you have not been to party that serves cheese and crackers or hors d'oeuvres and wine then you are either still under 18 or don't have classy friends. To the OP sorry you missed out on the wedding party but, hopefully you will make use of the alarm that you have on the cellphones next time if similar opportunity presents itself. That is what I do in between my classes at the university, I just go to the parking deck and go to sleep in my car for half an hour to an hour nap. I have however, had a time that i didn't wake up to the alarm. :(
