Today, while working at a fast food restaurant, I stayed a little overtime to help my manager with dishes. A kid pooped in the slide in the playground area attached to the restaurant itself. I'm the smallest one there. I had to crawl UP the slide to find and clean the poop. FML

Halloween
A failed costume, stolen candy and a very real scare: Halloween, the one night when fear is allowed.
Same thing different taste
Today, I was at work, and was told to clean up the urine that a child had left down the slide inside the play place. While in the slide, another little kid peed on my head. FML
i'm not paid enough for this shit (and piss)
Today, I was informed by my manager at work that there had been an "accident" in the playground. I then had to crawl through tunnels designed for 5 year-olds, to a tiny playroom with no fresh air, and clean up a stupid kid's pee and crap. FML
Today, some kid decided to pee in the kids' play area at work. Because I was the shortest employee working at the time, I got to climb through the area to mop it up, while all the kids pointed and laughed at me. FML
Today, while I was working security at the mall, someone shat his pants. The shit dripped all over the floor and escalator. I was the one who had to stand near the poop so no one stepped in it. FML
Today, I was babysitting to make a few extra dollars. While changing one of the kid's diapers, I turned around to find the other kid gone. I turned back around frantically, only to get poop flung at my face. I guess I found him. FML
Filthy animal
Today, I work maintenance at a warehouse store. I had to clean the men's stall because someone had pooped on the seat, the floor, and got some on the wall. When I took my break, I noticed that my fellow maintenance coworker had poop on his pants and shoes. I then realized that I just cleaned up his “mess.” FML
Today, at work, I came back from my break to find a child covered in mud. Turns out it wasn't mud. One of the other children had taken all of the poop out of their diaper and smeared it all over the floor, walls, and other children. The other teacher hadn't noticed, and I had to clean it all up. FML
Get me out of here
Today, after feeling sick all day at work, my shift was about to end. Twenty minutes before I was able to clock out, some kid puked all over herself in the playground. FML
Clean up in aisle 4
Today, I work in a grocery store and a woman suffering from diarrhea somehow managed to get shit up and down two of the store aisles, then go to the ladies room and mess up the stall. I was the only one working trained in deal with bio-hazardous waste so I had to clean it up. FML
Job satisfaction
Today, I started my new job as a janitor at a store. The first thing that happened when I came in was another employee telling me that there was vomit in the restroom, and that I had to clean it up. Not only did I clean up vomit, I had to clean up the poop that made the kid puke in the first place. FML

Could have been worse. At least it wasn't in the ball pit, and you didn't have to dig around for it. But FYL, haha.

I've heard of a lot of these cases. I'm starting to consider super-gluing my kids' diapers on when I have them. I am so sorry.

Let this be a good life lesson: You will always be cleaning up other people's shit... (metaphorically for most of us)

YDI.... thats what the top of the slide is for, not getting feces in ur face never considered a bucket of water and soap? another bucket at the bottom to catch the shit water? "you deserved dat one" but it still sucks!! lol i remember my Overnight manager telling me to go clean up the barf in the lobby multiple times i simply laughed at him and asked if he wanted to finish the shift by himself and all future shifts until he found a OV replacement for me never cleaned up any form of bodily secretions in the 7 months i worked from 11pm - 7am at a mcdonalds in the middle of downtown lol

Human Waste is considered a hazmat by the United States federal government. As a restaurant worker, I assume that you are neither licensed nor paid to handle or transport hazardous materials. Even if they try to swing it as covered under "additional duties as assigned" or some garbage like that, I assume they are not giving you hazard pay, and that does not address the licensing issue. You could have refused this task, and were you fired for it, would have grounds for a lucrative lawsuit. Know your rights.

Better to climb up the slide and find it than slide down and find it the hard way
