Today, while at a trampoline park, my time of the month and my out-of-shape body worked together to make me almost pass out. FML

Fall
Dead leaves, the first cold of the season and an umbrella flipped inside out: fall, the season of grace.
Same thing different taste
Today, I went to an indoor trampoline park. This would usually be fun, except that I got there, broke my ankle, and left in an ambulance, all before my friends even arrived. FML
Today, I was fooling around on the trampoline with this guy, when a bounce caused us to bang our heads together, knocking me out cold. FML
Bounce off
Today, I embraced my inner child and went to a trampoline park with friends. I was having a blast until I attempted a somersault and ended up bouncing right into a group of screaming toddlers. I was escorted out by a concerned parent. FML
Bad idea
Today, I was on a friend's trampoline trying to convince my mom that trampolines are safe and we should get one. While telling her, I smashed my knee into my face. I jumped off bleeding, slipped, hit my head on the trampoline, and got knocked unconscious. FML
Today, I was taking a dump and I pushed so hard that I got light headed and passed out on the floor. FML
Today, I participated in an obstacle course. As I was going over a set of monkey bars, my balls got crushed between the bar and my gut. I barely managed to get down before blacking out in the middle of the road. FML
Knackered and shattered
Today, I decided to start exercising. I almost passed out five minutes into the warm up, and couldn't even stand in the shower afterwards. I'm only 21. FML
Today, I was pushing so hard to take a number two that I ended up passing out. FML
Today, while at work, I started to feel sick to my stomach, hot, and dizzy. My co-worker told me to go home. On the way through the locker room to get my stuff, I experienced a dizzy spell so severe, I blacked out and pooped myself. No one in the building is going to let me forget this. FML
Assumptions
Today, at work, I had some palpitations, which ultimately caused me to become hot, dizzy, and pass out. I couldn't go home because we were so short staffed, and three different colleagues asked me if I was pregnant. FML

Menstrual cycles don't mean females can't do the things they enjoy.

I've been having periods for a few years now, and have never passed out because of it. I think OP should see a doctor.

Having about two decades worth of experience, I have to say: yes, OP should get checked out, but it isn't always easily fixable and for some women, crazy heavy periods are normal. If paired with painful cramps, it could also be endometriosis, unfortunately there is not very much you can do except for surgically fixing the symptoms.

At least you didn't break your ankle at one of those like I did.

Pretty normal imo. When I'm on my period I throw up upon eating or drinking ANYTHING, and end up passing out almost every time from a combination of generally feeling like shit and dehydration.
