Today, Twilight once again won all the awards at MTV, beating out Inception, Toy Story 3, Harry Potter, etc. This is MY generation. FML

Fall
Dead leaves, the first cold of the season and an umbrella flipped inside out: fall, the season of grace.
Today, I realized that our generation will be remembered as the kids who liked sparkly vampires. FML
Today, after waiting for years for my oldest daughter to grow out of Twilight, my younger daughter discovered it. FML
Today, I lost a bet with friends and now have to sit and watch all the Twilight movies. FML
Today, it's my birthday and I celebrated with friends. I now have 34 individual copies of the first Twilight movie. FML
Today, my tween daughter found an exciting new book series to replace her two-year obsession with Harry Potter. Hello, Team Jacob. FML
Today, my wife showed me what was missing in our marriage with a Twilight video montage. FML
Today, I was watching TV when a Toy Story 3 commercial came on. My Mom said, "Oh, I remember when I took you to see Toy Story. Now Andy's all grown up and so are you. The only difference is Andy is going to college and you're not." FML
Today, my girlfriend and I finally watched Toy Story 3; I ended up crying when the toys almost die. After the movie, my girlfriend broke up with me because I embarrassed her. FML
Today, I found out my boyfriend still writes Twilight fan fiction. FML
Today, I saw that Pixar had put out a teaser trailer for Toy Story 3. I got so excited to watch it that had to go lay in bed for a few minutes in order to calm myself down. I'm 19 years old. FML

Dude our generation is full of dumbasses. Artists who are worth anything are thrown away for some retarted reason. we try to grow up too fast, causing all these stoners to pop out of no where. Not only that, but everything is blamed on us for some reason. And I have nothing against Twilight, but seriously, Inception and the other movies you mentioned have such better quality in plot!!! Dear god! Thank you for saying this

OP I know exactly what you feel. The again MTV is just initials now so... "Harry Potter is all about confronting fears, finding inner strength, and doing what is right in the face of adversity. Twilight is about how important it is to have a boyfriend." -Stephen King
