Today, the guy I'm dating came into the same restaurant where I was eating. He was with a girl. He sat at the table next to mine and didn't even bother to say, "Hi." I guess I'm single again. FML

Today, I was sitting in the restaurant waiting for my blind date to come. I had sat for an hour until I finally got fed up and went to leave when at the same time the guy at the table next to me stood up to leave too. I noticed he had been sitting alone. Turns out he was my date. FML
Today, my date ditched me and showed up with another guy at the same restaurant. She even tried to take the reservation. FML
Today, I ran into my serious boyfriend of two years at a restaurant. He was sitting with another girl. I went over and asked him who she was. He replied, "Who are you?" Apparently I was the secret girlfriend. FML
Today, I went out to a bar with some of my friends. They're all in committed relationships, but every single one of them got hit on. I'm single, and yet again, nobody even said hi to me. FML
Today, I went on my first date with a guy I really like. He completely ignored me. FML
Today, my boyfriend stood me up. At dinner with his parents. FML
Today, I went on a coffee date with a guy I'm interested in. He picked up his phone mid-date to finalize dinner plans with another girl. FML
Today, I invited my girlfriend to go eat out, hoping to put her in a really romantic mood. She decided to tell her friend, who then invited herself and another couple along. I ended up being made fifth wheel, and had to sit alone at an adjacent table. FML
Today, the guy I'm dating took me to a dinner party at a couple's house. Halfway through dinner, I realized they were having the dinner party for the sole purpose of introducing him to their recently single daughter. FML
Today, I went on a date for the first time in ages, only to realize that the guy I was seeing chose to take us to a specific restaurant in able to stalk his ex. FML

You know, just because he is eating with a girl, doesn't mean he is on a date. It could have been family. He may not have even noticed you. You should talk to him before assuming.

Maybe it's like what most of the others said about it being a family member and he didn't see you. Could it also be possible that you weren't in a committed relationship? Did you 2 decide that you were NOT going to date anyone else any more? He may not realize that y'all are in the next step of the relationship. Communication is always the best policy.

If you didn't want to say it publicly, I'm sure you both have cellphones. Why not call/text, to see what he does? If he's honest, he'll explain himself. If not, then you got out of it appropriately.

I have been dumped like that before (he just quit answering my calls and ignored me). They do this cause they don't have the balls to talk to you about breaking up face to face. Your ex is a coward and while it hurts to be brushed off so carelessly, you are better off without a guy like that in your life.
