Today, my 9 year old niece asked me if I was a virgin. I told her, "Yes, I'm saving myself until marriage". She replied, "That's a load of bullshit, you just can't get a guy!" Sadly, she's right. FML
Today, just like at every gynecologist's appointment in the last 5 years, I had to yet again explain that no, I'm not a virgin at 27 because I'm waiting till marriage, I'm just a loser that no-one wants to sleep with. FML
Today, I spent an hour explaining to a college student how you could have a baby and not be married. He still doesn't get it. FML
Today, I found out my sex-ed teacher from high school was married and had her first child while she herself was still in high school. Looks like she didn't pay enough attention in sex-ed. FML
Today, I went with my son to a conference about sexual education at his high school. I guess it was all too late, because among the attendees I saw three girls from the same high school who were already pregnant. They aren't even 18. FML
Today, my constant bragging to friends caught up with me, and everyone believes I'm a swinger. Because of this, no girl wants to go out with me, in case they become just another notch under my belt. The truth is, I'm still a virgin. FML
Today, at my job as a second grade teacher, I was explaining to my students how I'm pregnant and will have to take a break from teaching after I have my baby. One of my students replied with "Ooooooooohhh Ms. Johnson had sex!" FML
Today, I was humming the Star Wars theme song while on the bus. When my stop came I walked down the aisle only to hear a girl mutter, "The virginity is strong in this one." She's right. FML
Today, a classmate found out I have a boyfriend. He said, "Really? YOU??" FML
Today, during class, a girl had suggested how I, a 16 year-old guy, would be a high maintenance girlfriend. We sat and debated this, allowing for other people to listen in and agree with her, and eventually the entire class agreed with her. Even the teacher. FML

What's so wrong with being a virgin? It's cool to wait. It means you don't have to worry about pregnancy or STD's... I'm almost 20, and I'm a virgin by choice. I want to wait until marriage, because I think it's romantic to share that with just one person, for that to be special.

what even is marriage in a world where religion is no longer relevant. don't argue me. i live in one of the most conservative cities in the developed world. ex president george w. bush is coming here FIRST, by his own choice as his very first speech out of office. naturally, we are paying him to come here and talk about his 8 years destroying the path of civilization. Calgary, Can. while that is only somewhat relevant, this is my point: in a city this full of old style, conservative christians, and not to mention many other religions with members in the 1000s, atheist advertising is being instated. "THERE PROBABLY IS NO GOD, STOP WORRYING AND ENJOY YOUR LIFE" i suggest you all do the same, because no, as awesome as losing your virginity is, it is not a very pleasurable experience.

Whoever said that in your class is an idiot. Maybe some teen virgins are saving it because they actually want to and have morals or just haven't found the right person to have sex with. If you wait, then your first time will be much more special than if you lost it because you were impatient or desperate to do it with anyone. Don't hook up with someone just to prove them wrong, it shows that your classmate's comment got to you. And if you are abstinent, you don't have to worry about pregnancy, STDs, and the emotional complications that could occur if you lost your virginity and weren't ready.

I'm a teen boy, saving it for my special one. as for "not being able to get any", I had to dump my last boyfriend because all he wanted to do was sexual things and refused to understand that "I'm not ready" meant no. I think waiting for the right person is the better thing to do.

Why does it matter? I HATE people who say "***** are bad" and stuff like that. It is none of your business what they do with their own bodies. If they want to go have fun, they can do it. I respect people like that.
