He probably caught on fire, was quickly put out by a fire extinguisher. The fire caused his body to vasodilate his blood vessels and in his disorientation fell into someones lady parts.

So sorry OP. Says a lot about him that not only is he a cheater, but is too cheap to get a motel room for his sneaking around. Chances are the other woman is married too or they would've gone to her place. Spend the bail money on a divorce lawyer and try to move on.
