Today, my girlfriend of a month told me that the only thing keeping her from swallowing a bottle of pills is being in a relationship with me, because she doesn't handle breakups well. FML

Fall
Dead leaves, the first cold of the season and an umbrella flipped inside out: fall, the season of grace.
Same thing different taste
Moving day
Today, I told to my girlfriend of 5 years that I'm depressed about having no friends, no job and a difficult family life. I told her that she's the one constant that keeps me going. She decided this was a good time to break up with me to "find" herself, since I was being so mopey. FML
Today, my girlfriend had a complete breakdown. I was trying to calm her down and reassure her that she will accomplish all of her dreams. Her response: "Then why am I even with you?" FML
Awks
Today, my girlfriend's mom pulled me aside and started telling me about how her daughter was extremely depressed and suicidal before she met me, and how happy her family is because of me. I was planning on breaking up with her within the next week. FML
Today, I found out the hard way that my girlfriend lied about being on the pill four months ago. FML
Today, I was planning on breaking up with my girlfriend of five years in two days time. She just mailed me a care package that said, "I'd die without you." FML
Twists and turns
Today, my girlfriend got drunk and started crying, begging me to never break up with her, only for her to say 10 minutes later, "I don’t wanna be with you anymore." Then she asked me if she could buy me some pot, and, "Let’s watch movies." FML
Today, my girlfriend broke up with me because "we don't communicate enough". She got her friend to tell me this for her. FML
Breakdown
Today, my girlfriend called me and said she needs to take a break from our relationship. Why? Her really clingy ex is really depressed about her dating someone else and he isn't ready to accept it. So she wants to take a break "for his sake" until he's over her. FML
Today, the woman I love told me she cared about me and didn't like me hurting myself. She then posted a picture of herself making-out with her new boyfriend. FML
Today, my girlfriend broke up with me, saying, "I'm not ready for a serious relationship." We're supposed to get married in a month. FML

What are you 15? You say you love her after a month and then say you're falling for someone else? I think you need to figure things out...continuing a relationship like this is not healthy for anyone.

You disgust me. Go on and live with yourself. Do it. Go.

OP, I had a friend in a similar situation. Although, my friend was more obsessed with her "not" girlfriend (they were very close **** buddies) than the other way around. I pegged this girl as a user the minute she walked into the house. She got into it with her boyfriend one night who is ftm trans and was also bi-polar and schizophrenic. The girl's mom called my friend, who was living with us at the time, begging for help because the "not" girlfriend's boyfriend had "a bad night" screaming he was going to kill them all and the next thing we knew, my friend was trying to move her in with us. Our other roommate put her foot down and said no. I wasn't all that thrilled either since they "weren't having sex" loudly in the room next to mine. I get back from a weekend in New York and my friend has moved out with her "not" girlfriend. Well, "not" girlfriend wrecks my friend's car, because she was huffing and blacked out behind the wheel. Then she started messing around with some other girl. Less than a month later "not" girlfriend sends a text out of the blue to my friend that she's moving to New York with her new girlfriend and if she could just "hold on to her stuff for awhile, that would be great". That's what it took for my friend to learn her damn lesson about dating crazy bitches! This lesson was drilled in harder when my friend's mom found "not" girlfriend's weed stash. LOL TL:DR Don't date crazy bitches. Its not worth losing friends and respect for them to screw your life up later.

Get away from her. I know this probably is none of my business, but I was in a relationship like this and my only regret is not ending it sooner. Right before I left him for good, he raped me. These people aren't stable and staying in that relationship will make it worse for you. Trust me. I am constantly scared I one day will receive a note telling me he killed himself but I promise you it's better than being stuck with him.

If and when he actually does off himself, do you really think the rest of the world will be any worse off?

That's not fair to you at all and I sincerely hope she gets help for her issues. Maybe try talking to her friends about it?

I hope you dumped her pronto. The psychological manipulation will only get worse

Was she saying being in a relationship with you was the equivalent to swallowing pills and then she says because she doesn't handle breakups well how do the two things correlate? just my thoughts.

oh the only thing keeping her from swallowing a bottle of pills is being in a relationship with you. I should have read more carefully

I think she needs real help if you think she might try to kill herself. It might be wise to talk to her parents and tell them how far you think she might go? I don't know. If the relationship is wrong please don't feel like you have to stay with her, but it does sound like she needs help. It is a horrible situation to be in OP :/ You can talk to Samaritans - they can be helpful (anyone can talk to them about anything - not just suicide).

She is very lucky to have you, but what is this relationship doing for you and your mental health?
