Dead leaves, the first cold of the season and an umbrella flipped inside out: fall, the season of grace.
Today, I was with my boyfriend and I said that I was self-conscious of my acne. He told me that only one of my zits was noticeable and that it wasn't so bad. In fact he said it looked cool, like a bullet wound or something "awesome" like that. FML
Today, I realized my acne looks like star constellations. I've already found the Little Dipper on my left cheek. FML
Today, I found myself admiring my eyelids for being the only parts of my face not covered in acne. FML
Today, I realized my acne is so bad that the Facebook face recognition could recognize all of my friends in a group photo except me. FML
Today, I noticed that my acne has gotten so bad, I can see it out of my peripheral vision. FML
Today, I realized that I can't shave my unibrow because I have too much acne on my forehead. FML
Today, I have bad adult acne. This wouldn't be so bad, except that it's only on one side of my face. I look like a Batman villain. FML
Today, I noticed my acne scars are almost forming the Batman symbol. FML
Today, my girlfriends and I got a caricature painting while on a trip in the city. Unfortunately for me, the part of my appearance that the artist decided to exaggerate was my acne. FML
Today, a little girl pointed to the acne on my face and said to her dad, "Look at how many mosquito bites she has on her face!" FML
