Today, my city got almost a foot of snow. When I went out to my car, it was covered in snow with a layer of ice underneath. I went to open the trunk to get the window scraper, when the snow that had collected on the top of my back window slid into my trunk. My laptop was the recipient of most of the snow. FML

Today, I got off from work and noticed that the weather finally warmed up after the recent snowstorm. I hopped into my car and rolled down the windows. When I opened the sun roof, a foot of snow came falling into my car. FML
Today, I looked outside and I saw that my new car had been snowed on. Sadly the snow had frozen onto the car, so I spent the entire day getting it off. I came inside. By 8pm, my car had snow all over it again, and this time I left the window open. FML
Today, the roads were OK, so I cleaned the ice and snow off my car so I could go out. I rolled my window down a little bit while I was driving to clear the snow off the base of the window. A chunk of ice flew off my hood, in through the window, and hit my eye. I then hit a snowbank. FML
Today, my trunk froze shut with my Christmas presents inside. Since it was still shut, I went to the store. When I came out, some ice had melted and the trunk had popped open. All of my gifts were gone. FML
Today, I spent nearly half an hour clearing several inches of snow off my car. After almost suffering from hypothermia, I finished. Except the car keys were missing from my pocket, presumably buried under a foot of snow. FML
Today, while walking to my car through the snow, I noticed the sunroof was open and 2 feet of snow had poured in. Angry, I opened the door to start cleaning. That's when I noticed all the wildlife that had taken refuge inside from the cold. Not only were my seat cushions wet, they were torn open. FML
Today, I got stuck in the snow in the middle of street. As I was just beginning to get myself unstuck, the snow plow came by and buried the front end of my car. FML
Today, my car got stuck in a foot of snow. I tried desperately digging around my wheels to see if it would help. I was finally able to get out 10 minutes later only to realize that I had dropped my phone in the snow while I was digging and had run over it. FML
Today, right before a huge snowstorm hit our area, I broke up with my girlfriend. In her fury, she decided to grab my car keys and roll down all four windows in my car. I now have 2 feet of half melted snow in my backseat. FML
Today, as I left my house, the front door slammed shut behind me, causing an entire roof-length of snow to slide over the edge and land directly on my head. FML

It's actually smarter to keep a high theft item in a trunk than of a back seat. Windows are much easier to break than a trunk.

72 - Not hating, just pointing out the flaw there. Snow WILL hurt anything electronic not in proper casing as it is frozen water. Water and electronics do not mix. Basic technological knowledge. Ever drop a phone in a toilet? Same deal.

I actually dropped my cell phone in a running washing machine full of water and detergent and it took me a while to find it. After taking it apart and drying it, it works fine. That being said however, 99% of the people I know that have dropped their phones in water have destroyed them, I just got really really lucky, so I'm not trying to argue with you. I'm pretty sure this would have destroyed a laptop, those things are considerably more fragile than cell phones.

Snow isn't that fun. I fell asleep in my Mom's car one time on the way home from a Christmas party, and my family left me in the car. I'm a deep sleeper. My baby brother, 3 at the time, was fascinated with my heels and took them in the house without anyone noticing. I woke up at 2AM in a freezing cold car and had to walk to the house barefoot in the snow. WORST. CHRISTMAS. EVER. So, I'm scarred for life when it comes to snow. That is all.
