Today, my boyfriend told me he doesn't know what it's like to be turned on. Apparently, I've been doing something wrong for the past two years. FML

Fall
Dead leaves, the first cold of the season and an umbrella flipped inside out: fall, the season of grace.
Same thing different taste
Protip
Today, the only way I can get my boyfriend to do anything is by telling him it's a turn on. FML
Today, my boyfriend of 4 years still can't get it that dry humping me and saying, "But I'm horny" in a goofy voice isn't a turn on. FML
Not interested
Today, it has officially been two and half months since I've had sex. I've done everything imaginable to entice him, but my boyfriend doesn't seem bothered at all. FML
Today, my boyfriend told me why he stood me up last night instead of coming over to visit. Apparently me telling him I couldn't wait for him to do naughty things to me turned him off, and made him feel like a piece of meat. FML
Today, I realized I have the most amazing boyfriend in the world. Too bad he has never once made me orgasm in the two and a half years we've been together. FML
Sweet summer child
Today, my boyfriend has so many hang ups about being good at sex that when we actually had sex for the first time this morning, he got upset that I was touching my clit while he was inside me. Apparently it was a sign I think he’s bad at it, and had to do it myself. Neither of us orgasmed today. FML
Wet noodle
Today, my boyfriend told me he doesn't like having sex with me, because I get too wet and it makes him go limp. FML
One track mind
Today, my boyfriend's been distant lately so I told him he was not like this when we first started talking. He replied that it's because he was horny at the time, so now I'm stuck with his nonchalant ass. FML
Today, I overheard my boyfriend of two years saying he only dates me because "sometimes jerking off just ain't good enough". FML
Bored
Today, my boyfriend told me he’d rather masturbate than have sex with me, and that sex with me is a chore. FML

Neither do I. He may be asexual. It isn't necessarily your fault, OP.

How did you manage to have sex if he is never turned on?

No. We do not know what you say.

#14 you made my brain hurt trying to figure out what your comment said.

Apparently 14 likes small things or hopes other people will accept theirs.

Translation: "(I) suggest you use some small things, if you know what I mean; hahaha." I still don't know what small things he's talking about though...

I suppose he means either an egg vibrator or a finger up the guy's backdoor as that is where the male G-spot happens to be. Though it could be less indirectly stimulated by rubbing the perineum if the guy is uncomfortable with playing with his backside.

He should of told you a lot sooner than 2 years down the line! Maybe ask him how he likes to be turned on then you'll be able to do so.

I don't think it's you. If he can't even get turned on by thinking sexy thoughts/masturbating, then it's not your fault at all.

Wow, I'm sorry op that must have really hurt and come as a shock to you. You must be pretty down right now but I think open communication is good. It's likely that this problem stems from his side of the relationship and hopefully it's something you two can work on together and move past. Best of luck to you, OP!

If you've ever had sex, he knows what it's like. He can't get an erection without being at least somewhat turned on.
falon142012 22
Actually, that's not entirely true. There are instances where a woman rapes a man (yes it does happen) and he still gets an erection despite trying not to. The human body does what it wants regardless of the mind, most of the time.

so 22 you're saying that when turned on guys get turned on?
nutellaforlyfe 3
I highly doubt OP rapes her boyfriend
howdoilogin 9
Well she didn't say she doesn't rape him sooooo.....
Dynosaur_dollie 38
22 didn't say op rapes her boyfriend that was just their example of a time where a male may have an erection but not be aroused. An erection can occur without mental arousal if the body is stimulated enough to redirect blood flow, and many things can cause such a reaction.

Any guy will tell you that random erections are always a problem. There's doesn't need to be anything sexual happening around him or in his thoughts in order to get an erection.
chosha_fml 27
#86 OP said she must have been 'doing something wrong.' This implies they've had sex, where she thought that he was turned on. Clearly he hasn't been having random uninvited erections every time they had sex for two years.

#22 Yes, he doesn't want to have sex with her. He still gets the erection because his penis is turned on by whatever she's doing to him. This is actually something that can really screw up kids that are abused. They feel guilty because their body responds to what's happening and they can come to believe that they must have wanted it, even if they absolutely didn't want that person touching them at all.

boner= turned on

Not exactly. If you yank it, it will grow. Whether or not you are in the mood. And the finishing move will not feel near as wonderful when your are still out of the mood.

Should have told you sooner. That's 2 years you could have been having sex with someone whom at least enjoyed it!
graceinsheepwear 34
Maybe he's gay and this is a way of trying to initiate conversation.

damn I'm sorry, OP. I kind of understand the feeling, my girlfriend is asexual, not sexually attracted to anyone :/

He's just saying that so you can try new things. Your doing fine OP.
