Today, my boss confessed to me that she doesn't know how to change the staples in the staplers at work, so she just switches them when they run out. We work at an office supply store. She makes six figures. I make $10 an hour. And she just got awarded a trip to Aruba for doing a "great job". FML

Today, I found out that the airhead sitting next to me at work who can't get anything done on her own, makes more money than I do. FML

Today, my brat of a coworker tried to convince our boss that I should get paid half of what I'm making because I broke my right arm. I'm left-handed, broke it on the job, and still doing a better job than her. She makes double what I do. FML
Today, I started a new job. After being trained on several obscure computer programs I'm expected to use in just one day, my new boss informed me she's going on a week long vacation starting tomorrow. She's the only other person who knows how this program runs. FML
Today, my boss ate a small piece of paper off her desk, thinking it was frosting. I have to work for this woman. FML
Today, I was informed by my boss that he has been stealing quarters out of my change bowl to pay for his bus rides. He makes six times the amount I make. FML
Today, I was told I would also be covering some of my boss's shifts next week. She gets to go on a vacation to Europe with the bonus we earned her last year. That's why she was tightening our deadlines to the point where some of the employees had to hire babysitters for their children so we could stay at work. FML
Today, after six months of doing the job of 2 people, because all my coworker does is sleep and sit down with her phone, I told my boss that I can't be doing my coworker's job and getting the same salary as her. My boss added just $10 to my salary and told me to let her carry on doing nothing, while I still do the work of 2 people. FML
Today, I went to my boss with concerns that my manager is dumping her responsibilities on me. He agreed and told me to just do whatever she wants. She gets paid twice as much as me to talk on her cellphone all day. FML

You don't have to be book smart to make millions. Street smarts goes a long way. Lucky maybe? Next time i'm working on my bad site I'll remember that I can put staples In a stapler.

Is this boss of your better than you at being: Nice, a people person, an excellent customer service representative, a leader, a businessman / businesswoman? How much longer has she worked there than you have? Is this stapler issue just an example of many similar problems she has, or is it just one thing out of thousands that she just somehow managed to miss out on? Sometimes people don't learn something small. That doesn't make them a bad boss, or their work as whole any less effective. Or are you just jealous your not going to Aruba?

8 my store manager makes 95k to 105k a year. Double that if the store goes 110% in an area. Not sure what it is exactly.
