Today, I went to a theater and saw "Bruno" with my mom. We saw "Borat" together, so I thought, 'Hey, how bad could it be?' I don't know what was more nauseating: Bruno's penis spinning around and talking or the fact that my mom thought it was hilarious and couldn't stop laughing. FML

A failed costume, stolen candy and a very real scare: Halloween, the one night when fear is allowed.
Today, I was at the theatre with my 4-year-old son who was situated on my lap. Halfway through the movie, he turns to face me and states loudly, "Mommy, your legs are so furry!". Everyone watching the show turned and stared at us. FML
Today, I found my boyfriend and his friends laughing hysterically and practically choking on popcorn. They were watching a video of me in a school play, trying to sing while sobbing because I'd just pissed my pants in front of 200 people. Thanks for giving him the video, mom. FML
Today, I went to see the latest Paranormal Activity movie with my mother. We were terrified and held hands at one point. The person sitting behind us thought it would be hilarious to abruptly scream into my mother's ear. She reacted by flailing and driving her arm straight into my face. FML
Today, I was at the movies with my mom and dad, and the preview to my "My Sisters Keeper" came on. The trailer started out with "Most babies are accidents..." Right as that line was finished my mom elbowed me and laughed. FML
Today, I went on a movie date with a guy. He brought his mom. FML
Today, I took a girl I like to the movies. Everything went great until I went in to kiss her. She didn't object, but my mother, who apparently followed me to the theater and was now pulling me away by my shirt while saying, "We're leaving!" certainly did. FML
Today, at the cinema, I sat next to a guy who couldn’t stand a minute without laughing or making comments about the film. FML
Today, I was at the local theatre watching "The Nutcracker" ballet with my mother. When the prince made his appearance in his tights my mother leans over to me and says, "Those are some well defined butt cheeks!" loud enough for everyone around us to hear. FML
Today, at dinner, I was talking to my parents about a movie quote. I couldn't remember what movie it was from. Then I remembered. It was a porno. FML
Today, I went to the movies on a date. My chair made a fart sound while I moved around a little, so my date thought I'd let one rip. He then let out a really horrendously smelling one to make me feel less embarrassed, giving me a reassuring look. FML

it's not awkward to watch bruno with your mum! at least she laughed instead of acting all conservative! it was hilarious! i saw it with my older sis, we both laughed our asses off! when he gave the ghost head, it was funny as hell!

This is nothing...I went to go see the watchmen with my dad, and we both had no idea it was going to be like a porno. Its one thing when a guys dick is on the screen constantly...but during one sex scene where they show a girls ****...he almost yells in a joking way at me "don't look!"...I swear at least 5 people stared at him and me...and a couple stopped kissing even and looked at us. Later I explained to him if your going to joke around..do it quiet. He ruined a perfectly good porno for me.....

haha wow, i spent the last 15min trying to scroll down to the bottom to comment ON MY OWN FML, but my slow-ass computer froze every time. FML again. yeah, i really enjoyed the movie, and i'm super grateful for my mom's sense of humor. but even so, watching your mom laugh at a man having ridiculously shocking gay sex with midget for the first (and hopefully last) time is a little weird haha. sacha baren cohen ftw. btw, i liked borat more, but bruno was friggen hilarious.
