Today, I was yelled at by a customer because I wouldn't give her a new iPhone 5 for free to replace her broken Nokia, which she threw out the window in "blind rage". I felt awful having to thank her for calling. Sadly, this is a daily event. FML

I'm confused... Why would she need a new phone? Her Nokia should be fine...

What a crazy bitch

This is a false FML. Everyone knows you can't break a Nokia.

One does not simply "break" a nokia

People, this broken Nokia wasn't necessarily a 3210 (the true Chuck Norris of phones). As a hint to OP, try saying it sarcastically, that should work. In fact, in the UK, Orange will tell you they "don't have time for this" and hang up on you for not visiting help and support when you didn't think you needed it: changing tariffs for top-up rewards - one doesn't need online activation to get them, the other does. They never refunded all of that free internet and music.

Yup, been there

Well if she can call you then I'm sure her phone is fine...

I work at a call center too and I know the feeling. But at least it's not face to face and they can't hurt you.

No no, the Nokias that were indestructible were the old ones. Once I was talking with a custumer and imagining pouring acid into her eyes. Also, stupid and rude people should be hunted with a crossbow.

Uh she was obviously lying. Nokia's can't break! Except the floor that is...

You are lying. Nokias don't brake.

This is obviously a lie, there is no such thing as a broken Nokia.
