Today, I was pointing out my car to my roommate. He responded with, "Oh that one with the broken window?" Turns out my car had been broken into. They took my CD player, GPS and Ipod. On top of that they left a Reese's Fastbreak wrapper and sunflower seeds on my front seat. FML

Today, my car was broken into. They broke the passenger side window and took my radio system. But they didn't take the remote for it. FML
Today, I went to my car to get a few things, when I discovered it had been broken into. Nothing of value was taken. My window was busted in just for a pack of cigarettes, a lighter, and my car's ashtray. FML
Today, I was playfully walking back to my car with my girlfriend. My door was unlocked. I then noticed my car had stuff scattered inside. A bum had just robbed and ransacked my car. FML
Today, I got a new CD player for my car and an alarm installed for added security. After work, I saw my windows smashed, the CD player gone, the alarm wires cut, and a note that said, "Try again." FML
Today my car was broken into. The only thing taken were condoms and lighters I had in the glove box. FML
Today, I came out to find my truck window broken. They broke into my truck to yank out the stereo. It was unlocked the whole time. FML
Today, both my car and my father's car were broken into. They stole my radio, purse, wallet, camera, and multiple items of clothing. What did they take from my dad's car? Some screwdrivers to help rip my radio out of my dashboard. FML
Today, I found my truck broken into. Whoever broke in ripped my dash apart, and the stupid idiot couldn't get the radio out. So now I have a trashed truck interior, and the moron has nothing to show for it. He did leave behind his Subway wrapper though. FML
Today, I walked out of my boyfriend's house to see my car window smashed in and my steering wheel cover stolen. I was only staying at his place because there had been a rash of vehicle break-ins in my neighborhood. FML

So to recap: Your roommate doesn't know what your car looks like, and literally needs to have it pointed out to him, but he knows that it has a broken window. You have both an iPod AND a CD player in your car. The guy who broke into your car stopped to have lunch. The fact that the guy left his a wrapper and some seeds on your seat is so terrible that it warrants an "on top of that." Just about every element of this story is kinda, sorta, not all that easy to believe, at least isolated on their own. Hmmm.

All of my stuff was in my glove compartment. They could not see any of it. I don't understand why everyone is backing up thieves? Try having your shit stolen and your window broken, it sucks.
