Today, I was going 73 in a 55 on a country road when an oncoming cop passed me. He pulled a U turn. I turned off the main road and took random turns. I got lost, was 30 minutes late to work, and the cop still found me and gave me two tickets. I had to ask him for directions. FML

Today, I was driving home from work when I saw a cop come up behind me. Nervous about my expired license, I kept checking in my rear view mirror. In turn since I wasn't paying attention, I ran a stop sign. Needless to say the cop pulled me over and gave me 2 tickets. FML
Today, I was pulled over by a cop and was fined $210 for making an illegal u-turn. When the cop finished writing my ticket and hopped in his car, he made the same u-turn. FML
Today, I was pulled over and was given a $300 ticket for going 90mph on a 70mph highway. The cop swore he saw my silver car darting in and out of traffic. A couple of minutes earlier that exact car had passed me while I was following the speed limit. FML
Today, a cop rear-ended me. Then I received a ticket from him for driving too far under the speed limit. We were in a school zone. FML
Today, a policeman pulled me over and proceeded to flirt with me. After I had rejected him, he gave me a ticket for "not paying attention to the road". FML
Today, after driving a few hours late at night I decided to entertain the car tailgating me by not letting him pass. After doing this for 3miles, reaching 93MPH, I decided to let the car pass me. When I switched lanes, the car tailgating me light up in red and blue. It was a cop. FML
Today, a cop pulled me over because there was a sign hidden behind a tree that said "No left turn". As I was getting my ticket, I watched as three cars turned left. The cop saw them, laughed, and said, "I guess you're the unlucky one." FML
Today, I was on the way to traffic court for a $340 speeding ticket I'd got. My mother called me and I wasn't paying attention which caused me to speed. Right past a cop. When I told the cop where I was going, he started laughing at me. I now have another $300 ticket. FML
Today, I was tailgated by a car with his high beams on for an hour. Any time I changed my speed or lane, he would do the same. I finally managed to get away from him because a cop pulled me over and gave me a speeding ticket. FML
Today, I was driving down a completely empty street when a cop pulled me over for no reason at all. When he approached my window, I began to get defensive until he informed me I was driving the wrong way down a one way street. FML

Never run from the cops you dumbass. In the best case you'll get a well deserved ass beating, worst case you'll end up dead. All over a $200 speeding ticket. Dumbass.

i got a ticket for going 76 in a 55 a have to go to court next week =/ it's my only speeding ticket ever though, so i'm keeping my fingers crossed and hoping they'll reduce it.

Actually 52 some people just, you know, pull over... weird concept I know but considering the above example probably a lot smarter than paying double the fine As for the poster you deserve it, everyone speeds but for gods sakes don't run from the cops... also if the cop was coming towards you why didn't you slow down when you saw him? now THAT is stupid.

Laws are in place for a reason. Even if you guys argue about how breaking the speed limit won't hurt anyone, running from the cops during a high speed chase can. Seriously; think about other people for once. And #52: Don't even bother claiming something like that. Everyone's different. I can honestly say i've never tried to outrun a cop, mostly because i've never needed too.

once the officer gets your license plate number or your car model name or color, you're ******. even if you try to run, cops usually have better engines to catch you. you can usually try to outrun a city cop. but you can't outrun county sheriffs or state troopers. i once paid $160 for 25 over, so hopefully yours wasn't that much.

lmao, i don't know why everyone is freakin out about this....its not like you went on some high-speed police chase...you weren't "running from the cops" or going 110mph...you just tried to avoid the ticket and its hilarious how it ended up lol....better luck next time :)
