Today, I was hanging out with my boyfriend. Everything seemed to be going well, when all of a sudden he turned to look at me with a pensive and thoughtful expression. I expected him to say something important, but instead he just said, "I was wondering, how does it feel to be fat?" FML
Today, I was dressing in front of my boyfriend. He was looking at me in wonder and I assumed this was a good thing. Then he muttered, "God damn, you're awkwardly shaped." FML
Today, I was doubting my boyfriend's feelings for me, so I asked him if he found me attractive. He replied, "Well, you're thin enough…" That's all. FML
Today, my boyfriend and I were on a date and he starts complaining about how his back is hurting him. He complains the whole evening. Fast forward to later that night, we are in bed so I ask him if he was feeling OK. He says, "I guess so. I'm just confused about my feelings for you." FML
Today, my boyfriend grabbed my love handles. It tickled, so I giggled and squirmed out of his grip. He looked at me quizzically and said, "I'm surprised you still have feeling there with all that fat." FML
Today, after feeling a little down about myself and looking for comfort from my boyfriend, he told me that my stretch marks make me look like a tiger. FML
Today, I told my boyfriend that I gained a few pounds and thought I looked fat. He replied that I looked the same and that I shouldn't worry because he likes fat girls. I never thought I was fat before this. FML
Today, I was at my boyfriend's grandmother's house meeting her for the first time. I excused myself to the restroom and as I walked out of the room I heard her say, "You could do a lot better. She's fat." Then I heard my boyfriend reply, "I know." FML
Today, I was talking to my boyfriend, feeling pretty low. I said something along the lines of, "You like me even when I look like shit." He replied, "Ah, that's just how you naturally look." FML
Today, my boyfriend and I were out shopping. As he was trying on shirts, I told him that the particular shirt he was wearing looked ugly. He turned around, sighed, and said "You think? Well, your face is ugly, but you don't see me complaining about it." He was serious. FML

17 is right on point. Women who fish for compliments or take pity for themselves, boast about it. Eventually, the guy can't take it anymore and will just agree with whatever she's complaining about. I honestly don't blame the guy

Many people who set their standards high secretly know they look good but want people to acknowledge it by saying so. Others just look at those teenage magazines and are jealous/insecure because it portrays girls with fake bodies and everything saying that's the only way to be happy. If your boyfriend loves you for who you are, then who gives two ***** about what you look? It shouldn't fucken matter what others think anyway, who are they to say they are better if they judge you lower than them?

She quite literally asked for it. She tried to elicit flowery compliments using self-deprecation, but he didn't fall for it. I personally wouldn't respond the same way he did, but I am certainly not surprised, especially if this happens often. Also, see 24's comment.

Actually he is a pretty classy guy for being honest. He is dating her isn't he? He obviously sees something he likes in her, and apparently he has looked past her physical downfalls (if she even has them. Her feeling insecure about her body could just be completely all in her head from the get go). She attempted to manipulate him into complimenting her. She could've just said "I'm feeling insecure right now." And the conversation would've hopefully been a lot different. But instead OP decided to try to use manipulation to get what she wanted (something she probably does a lot) so it blew up in her face. Get over it. Sorry for not feeling sorry for you because your manipulative games don't work on everybody all the time.
