Today, a drunk in a wheelchair tried to fight me. I walked away as he kept hurling insults. He then rammed his chair into my legs, making me fall. I walked away again. Upon the second time, I got up and punched him dead in his face, knocking him backward. I was tackled to the ground for hitting him. FML

Today, I called the campus police to give me a ride to the cafeteria since I am on crutches from knee surgery. I was only halfway into the car when the man started driving and ran over my foot. Now neither my right knee or my left foot work. FML

Today, while walking in the mall, I had two people race past me in wheelchairs. Thinking they were racing, I started rooting for the one guy that was ahead. Turns out his wheelchair was malfunctioning and the other was chasing after to help. He then slammed and fell into the water fountain. FML

Today, I made fun of my friend when she tripped over the curb. I said, loudly, "Haha, you can't even walk." I then notice the man in the wheelchair a few feet ahead of us. FML

Today, I got hit by a car while going out for a jog. As I writhed on the floor in pain, I heard the driver say, “Sorry!” and the sound of tires squealing. He’d sped off. I didn’t get a chance to get his license plate. FML

To be honest as much as I agree with that, people dont move their ass for you or give you room even if your not in a wheelchair! He could have just said excuse me too... then run over OP if they didnt move lol

It gets old when u have to yell "EXCUSE ME" at everyone and they still won't move. It sucks that op got run over but people need to pay attention and let them go by 1st

I know exactly what you mean, when I am in my chair the amount of people that will stand in the way .... on the wheelchair ramp at that is absolutely disgusting. The worst part is that when you ask them to move they look at you like you are in the wrong place. BTW the wheels at the front of pretty well any chair are far to small to climb over anyone. even to go up a 1" curb you have to tip a bit. It couldn't possibly run over anyone completely
