Dead leaves, the first cold of the season and an umbrella flipped inside out: fall, the season of grace.
Today, I realised that American political BS is even in countries as far away as my own when I drove past a "Trump won" sign on my way home from work. FML
Today, my elderly neighbor came crying to me about the horrible thing someone had done outside. I hurried out to find a big pile of dog shit with the head of Donald Trump stuck into it. I had to fake a coughing fit so she wouldn't realize I was laughing. I'm not sure I got away with it. FML
Today, I watched our presidential candidates face off like high school girls with the whole world watching. FML
Today, I laughed at a joke and it literally took me a minute to realize that it was me they were making fun of. FML
Today, my Trump-supporting father and DeSantis-supporting uncle got in a huge political argument. They eventually made up, and spent the evening mercilessly mocking their Bernie-loving relative, AKA me. FML
Today, after working for over ten years at a dead-end factory line, I told my friends I was going to take some business courses and land myself a real job. All they've done since is laugh, mock me, and say that if Clinton couldn't fix the economy, I have no chance. FML
Today, I confidently told a joke at a party, only to completely butcher the punchline. Everyone still laughed… at me instead of the joke. FML
Today, for the fifth time this month, I had to explain to a group of people that yes, my name really is Donald Trump. Like all the other groups, they burst out laughing and did some Trump impressions for 15 minutes. FML
Today, I got fired from my job. A coworker that strongly dislikes me convinced my boss I took a day off because I was going to a Trump rally. FML
Today, I had a meeting at work. My boss was there as well as her boss, and a few other managers and directors. We started discussing politics in the context of our latest project. I tried to say "erratic election". I almost succeeded. FML

I'm absolutely devastated and I'm not even American. He thinks that "the concept of global warming" is "created by and for the Chinese" in order to make U.S. manufacturing non-competitive. He treats women and immigrants like dirt. He's not very smart. He's cocky. He's uninformed. He's racist. He's shady. I want a future :(

If they're legal they shouldn't fear anything. Everything they've heard is influenced by the mainstream media which was on the Clinton payroll.

You realize that 'minority' doesn't just mean 'immigrant', right? It's also anyone from other religions, gender identities, sexualities, etc. Those things don't HAVE to be legalized and he's still spoken out against them a number of times. I can see why they're worried.

I've been saying this from the beginning: if it was between Bernie and Trump, it would have been a landslide. With Clinton, he's gonna win. Tbh, I'm gloating a little on the inside while saying we're screwed on the outside
