Now I know that obviously varies from person to person, so let's not get into that. 3,000 calories is a lot. Do you do heavy lifting? Dude if you want to put on serious mass, pack that shit on. Both in the gym and when you eat.

Very true, and yes, it is a lot and frankly too much half the time lol. Well that's the hard part, I know I need to do more heavy lifting but I don't have a spotter, anymore, for most the exercises. So, really I haven't been able to do anything extreme. I try to do what I can, but I don't want to kill myself either lol.
