Today, I had to endure a long drive from Poland to England. We weren't allowed to open our windows. My mum threw up. Twice. FML

Today, whilst driving, I had the sudden urge to vomit. As I pulled over I wound my window down, stuck my head out, and emptied my stomach. At least I would have if I had wound down the driver's window instead of the back window. FML
Today, I drove over 200km from Dublin to Galway, with a broken window. It rained for most of the journey. FML
Today, I opened my window due to the good weather. I was lucky enough to listen to the sounds of someone violently throwing up for over an hour. The window got stuck open. FML
Today, I went on a long flight. I was fortunate enough to sit next to a great girl. However, she must have thought I was not so great, because she moved to the empty seat across the aisle. Next to my dad. Who then told stories about how I always get motion sickness on airplanes. I then threw up. FML
Today, my mom picked me up from school due to me being sick. Afterwards, she took a detour to the DMV, and I waited in the car. I ended up vomiting everywhere, clothes included, and had to sit in the car for three hours while the taste and smells lingered. FML
Today, my boyfriend and I are on our way back from vacation. It will be an eight hour drive. It just so happens I got food poisoning the night before we left, and there's roadwork everywhere. We're at a dead halt with no signs of moving. FML
Today, after we drove to France to go to a jazz festival, we'd arrived in the evening after a 600 km drive, and my wife made a misstep and broke her ankle, it's the next day and we drove back home. After the first toll booth, the electric car window would no longer go up, so we drove with the window open for the remaining 500 km. FML
Today, the two and a half hours it took our poorly air conditioned taxi to go 20 miles in stop-and-go traffic was highlighted by our son projectile vomiting all over my wife, a suitcase, and the car. It ended with me having to pay both for the ride, as well as for cleaning the inside of the taxi. FML
Today, I drove my mom home from the salon because she was feeling sick. I'm not the best driver, but I was excited that I was helping. Everything was going smoothly until I hit a bump in the road. My mom blew chunks all over. I found out very quickly that she had spicy chicken for lunch. FML
Today, I was driving along, and went to spit out my window. My window was up. This happened in heavy traffic. People saw. FML

Ah the euro-tunnel. A long, really hot, sweaty trip under the sea. I went through it a few years ago with our school to France. It's alright, but use air con were possible methinks. It's not YDI for saying mum...hell, I'd rather say mum than mom... I couldn't do a 48 hour trip :/

Oh, and yes you can go through the euro-tunnel by car, like next to where the eurostar runs. Personally, I take the eurostar alot more, so I wouldn't know about this hot and sweaty car ride.

There is a tunnel under the channel, and if there wasn't there are ferries. The tunnel is for trains, but the trains often have large compartments in which you can park veichles. The journey takes up to an hour. It is an incredible feat of engineering. However, it has not been around since World War Two.

The Channel Tunnel, a stretch of railway that travels under the English Channel from Folkstone to Calais, in which cars and their passengers are loaded onto double storey train shuttles, and freight such as lorries or large coaches are put into containers, and their passengers/drivers provided with carriages. Similarly, they could have used the ferries. How do you think we get most foreign produce in this country? Those European lorries gotta come from somewhere..

yeah it is but you can go under the channel between France and England through the channel tunnel or get your car on a boat across and then just drive across Europe
