Today, I started my job as a consultant at a shop that sells wedding dresses. My first client? The girl my ex-fiancé cheated on me with and left me for. FML
Today, my daughter finally walked down the aisle with a man she loves very much. While I was escorting her, I managed to trip and fall down revealing what I've been trying to hide all of this time: my shiny gleaming bald head that showed when my wig fell off. FML
Today, I congratulated a bride standing in front of a church in a white dress. Turns out she'd been stood up at the altar. She thrashed me with her bouquet. FML
Today, I went to my friend's beautiful wedding. The only other single girl there was 5 years old. She caught the bouquet. FML
Today, my daughter has been such a bridezilla that her fiancé actually dumped her. He treated her well, was handsome, and rich to boot, while still working at his career, yet she couldn’t calm down enough to see she was ruining her life. Now, after the breakup, she's moved back in with me. FML
Today, my ex-girlfriend proposed to me, at my wedding. FML
Today, my ex-husband introduced our daughter to her "new mommy". That's the third time this year. FML
Today, my ex-fiancé married the woman he cheated on me with. Their wedding was an exact replica of how I had planned mine to be, decorations, colors, cake, etc. Oh, and she also copied the dress I'd said yes to. FML
Today, my band informed me that our gig this afternoon was actually a wedding. Whose wedding? My ex-wife's, along with the guy she cheated on me with. For their first dance, I had to sing what used to be our song. FML

I commend you for being a good sport. he'll with him. Focus on your daughter. as she grows up she will fully understand what transpired and realize what a great mom you are to not try to make her choose sides. I am sure she loves both you and her father.

I don't see why everyone seems to be saying OP is being vindictive etc. There is nothing in this post that says that. All she says is FML and it is really, if you still love someone or are hurt by their actions (as we all would be) then this would be and FML situation. I think OP is probably handling this in a very dignified manner just upset about the situation. Good Luck to you and your daughter! Be strong for her and she can be a flower girl at your wedding (should you choose to marry again) which will be very special for you and her :)
