Today, I got dumped because a guy sat next to me at a party and I didn't get up to change seats. Apparently, it means I subconsciously like the guy who sat down. FML

Today, I was dumped by the guy who serenaded me with his guitar and admitted he had feelings for me. Why? Because the girl who had continuously been rejecting him for so long finally decided to give him a chance. FML
Today, in an effort to make new friends in my history class, I sat in the empty seat next to a friendly-looking guy. He got up, walked away, and sat down in a different seat. FML
Today, I was minding my own business when the guy I have a crush on sat down next to me at work, explained that he heard that I had a crush on him and that he was flattered, but that we should "be friends" because I'm a "nice girl". I was rejected by someone I didn't even pursue. FML
Today, I went to a party organised by my ex. I was the last to sit down, after looking at the nametags on all 50+ chairs. That's how I realised the chair labelled "Fuckface" was mine; the one located between her parents' seats. FML
Today, the guy I like shoved me out of the way so he could talk to another girl. FML
Today, I went to a movie with this guy. He was late so the only seats available were the ones in the very front which he refused to sit in. As we were looking for two seats, he spotted one near the back and sat down, leaving me to sit by myself in the front. FML
Today, I flirted with a guy for ten minutes before realizing I was sitting between him and his girlfriend. FML
Today, my now-ex dumped me at a house party, which I then couldn't leave, as all my things were at his house, where I was meant to be staying. FML
Today, I got left in the middle of slow dancing with a girl I liked. She came back and said, "Sorry, I had to make sure the guy I really like knows that I don't like you." FML
Today, I was sitting in the restaurant waiting for my blind date to come. I had sat for an hour until I finally got fed up and went to leave when at the same time the guy at the table next to me stood up to leave too. I noticed he had been sitting alone. Turns out he was my date. FML

I guess It's better it ended. Your boyfriend sounds way too jealous. That can lead to controlling behavior, It's best to get out before you're too deep in.

Unless you and Sit Down Boy were making out and everything, I really don't see the problem. I'm with everyone who thinks Ex is jealous, controlling, and emotionaly abusive.

I know how you feel. mine thinks every guy i know that isnt related to me wants to **** me. then gets mad at me when i tell him its stupid to think that about every single guy. im no longer allowed to have male friends. no matter how long ive known them.

#44, Why the hell are you dating a man who is refusing to let you even have male friends? That is one of the ultimate signs of a huge problem. You need to get away quickly, run don't walk. A man who can't trust you to be around your own friends shouldn't be in a relationship with you. Get away quickly.
