Today, my brother came out to our family as being gay. My mother starting crying because she "wanted grandchildren." I told her that I was planning on having children. She started crying harder. FML
Today, I found out that my son has been telling me he's gay so we would allow the "female friend" who is actually his girlfriend to stay over. FML
Today, I found out that my parents have thought I'm lesbian for at least a year. I now understand why my dad has been trying to get me to "hang out" with his co-worker's daughter. FML
Today, I found out that I was adopted. I'm 46 years old with 11 real siblings and no one bothered to tell me until I found the documents in my dead adoptive father's house. FML
Today, I walked in on my brother having sex. With my boyfriend. FML
Today, after being supportive for nearly a year, my brother finally came out of the closet and introduced the family to his new boyfriend. His new boyfriend happens to be my ex-boyfriend. Guess I know why that didn't work out now. FML
Today, my brother‘s will read that everything would go to our other brother, so long as he punched me for having an affair with my his wife. So now I have a black eye. I’m gay, but I've never told my family. I didn't have an affair with his wife. FML

Well, the deal is that he had the feelings BEFORE he found out that the OP wasn't his real brother. And of course, OP can only think of him as his real brother, even if he's not, so to the OP it is disturbing. Wonder how that came about though? Most species, including humans, have a natural mechanism in them that doesn't allow that kind of "sibling bonding," even if they were merely raised together rather than born together... or so I thought. Unless it's different for gays, since they can't procreate with each other... I mean, there is no chance for retarded babies there, so "no harm done"? Except no species except humans thinks on the same plains we do, and so we find "sibling bonding" in general incorrect no matter what sibling you bond with, because we set up morals.
