The neighbour in question was male. No he was not naked (thank god). When he noticed me he just ran off back to his house.

Sounds like my Great Grand Mother. I just spent a week with her in Vermont surviving off nuts and lettuce. I'm a heavy beef eater and was having "withdrawals"
