Today, I dreamt about a girl I sort of knew. In the dream she confessed her feelings for me, and it was the first time anyone had ever confessed that sort of thing to me. When I woke up, I found myself falling for her. The experience reminded me of my romantic loneliness. FML
Today, I dreamed I was getting married. I was wearing a white dress, had incredible cleavage and perfectly done makeup. Just one problem. I'm a guy. FML
Today, I was texting with my childhood crush late at night and we were exchanging secrets. I figured this was as good a time as any to tell her about my long-standing crush on her. Turns out she's a lesbian. FML
Today, my best friend who I have been secretly in love with forever, was ranting about her ex-girlfriend. Then she said : "If only you were gay, we'd be perfect for each other." I took the chance to tell her I was. She responded : "Well, I'm still not attracted to you though." FML
Today, I ran into my childhood crush. She was the one who made me realize I was bi, and I was enthralled by her. Too bad she was straight. She's only gotten more attractive, and now she's in my program. FML
Today, I had a dream that I met my celebrity crush. As I leant in to kiss him, he rejected me saying, “Woah no thanks.” Cool, I get rejected even in my dreams. FML
Today, a girl I've liked for the longest time kept asking me to reveal my "deepest secret" in exchange for hers. Thinking this was flirting, I told her my secret was that I liked her. Her secret was that she was a "lesbian and just had to tell somebody." FML
Today, it was my best friend's wedding. The night ended with her in tears outside her hotel suite, where she confessed that she has a serious crush on me. I have a serious crush on her too. We're both straight women. I'm really confused. FML
Today, I dreamed that I met this beautiful girl at a restaurant and we ended up having lunch together. Everything was going perfect until the end when I tried to get her number and she wouldn't give it to me. I can't even get a girl in my dreams. FML
Today, I, a woman, realized that only women find me attractive, which is fine, except that I'm straight. FML

I don't know jack about dreams but why assume it was a literal dream about a romantic coupling? Couldn't the mystery woman symbolize OP's self and her yearning to have a healthy relationship with her self? or maybe she (redhead) symbolises something important to OP such as her career or hobby, a cause she cares about, a community she's in... the message being that OP values her connection to whatever. Know what I mean? If OP plays a big curvy cello made of auburn colored wood ... "she" is likely the lover from the dream, right?

Honestly, all of that dream symbolism is bullshit. Dreams are just the conscious part of your brain trying to make sense what is to it random noise coming from the rest of the brain as senses and thoughts. The result is a nonsensical mess that means absolutely nothing and can't even follow an extremely basic storyline for more than ten seconds, much less provide deep and profound insights about one's own condition through carefully crafted symbolism. Hell, last night I dreamed I was send by Edmund Blackaddr back to the shitbox town I grew up in to spy on some random girl and also win some free weed by playing a match three game on the way there. It's nothing more than meaningless gibberish.
