Today, I'm a 22 year-old guy with a 11:00 pm curfew. FML
Collection
Halloween
A failed costume, stolen candy and a very real scare: Halloween, the one night when fear is allowed.
Same thing different taste
Today, my dad learned how to use the parental controls. I now have an 11 o'clock curfew. I am 17. FML
Law and order
Today, at the age of 20, I still have a bed time. It is strictly enforced by my cat via endless meows if I am up past 11 pm. FML
Today, I am currently grounded for three weeks, have no car, cell phone, or television privileges, and am not allowed to spend more than 10 minutes on the computer a day. The reason why: I was seven minutes past my 9'oclock curfew. I'm 18. FML
Today, my parents yelled at me for coming home at 1am this morning from a friend's birthday party. I'm 30 years old. FML
Mind of my own
Today, despite the fact that I'm 20 years-old, my parents never allow me to go out and have fun with my friends, under the pretext that I'm a girl. I'm stuck at house all year long, I only go out to the college they forced me to study at, and they decide everything about me. I’m tired. FML
The Dictator
Today, I discovered that my new landlords must meet and approve guests of mine before they come over, and guests are not allowed when they aren't home or past 11pm. I'm 25 years old and just moved out of my parents' home to get away from my controlling mother. FML
Today, my boyfriend and I got into trouble with his mother for me still being at their house at 1:00 am. I'm 24, he's 22 and we really were studying. FML
You gotta be kidding me?
Today, my mom scolded me and threatened to ground me for coming home past midnight. Normally, it wouldn't be unreasonable, except for the fact that I'm 24 years-old, and that my parents live with me, in my own house. FML
Today, after watching over my drunken mother all last night to make sure she didn't choke on her own vomit, I came to the conclusion that at the age of 53, she's more of a party animal than I ever will be. I'm a 22 year-old man. FML
Today, my parents threatened to take away my college funds. Why? Because I complained about my 10 pm curfew during break as a freshman in college. FML

51- I just stay up on my laptop with the brightness down after my curfew... 55- learn to spell, learn to compliment a woman, learn to reply correctly, and stop being so desperate while you're at it. (Says myself, a thirteen year old boy )

51, ur parents don't love u

51 everyone under the legal age of adulthood, here it's 18, has a curfew. if you are caught out after curfew by a cop, without parental supervision, he will take you to a nice little jail cell to wait in as he calls your parents. you mean bed time not curfew
mak3_1t_ra1n 0
u guys need to understand the difference between bedtime and curfew. I believe it is accurately portrayed above. past curfew=cops. past bedtime=pissy parents. big difference. and 108, idk, If u think about it, "****" is pretty sexy.

you ar an adult. you should be able to legally decide your own curfew

I'm 13, my curfews 11 but I can only go out if I'm with at least 1 friend

I also live in a VERY small town, so if I'm on the streets past 7:45 in the CITY, than that's a big "no no!" unless I'm inside, like a movie theater, and someone picks me up inside if course this is non school nights, cuz if it's a school night I hav to go to bed at 10....

it's presumably his parents house and they can set whatever rules they want. If he doesn't like it he can move out.

Well, who set that curfew? Because that's probably critical in understanding why you have it. And does it mean that you have to be in bed, or just home? Because the latter isn't too bad.
babyyyyyy 0
wat r u like 90 years old? because an 11pm curfew for a 22 uear old is NEVER understandable. but seriously mate, move out!!
AKBO47 0
your an annoying bitch. I saw another comment of yours... NERDY ****** MUCH?
breenntt 0
dude, in england. we don't use the word curfew. that's why she got confused.
Cinn_fml 23
babyyyyyy, what I meant was that if it was given by his parents, it's because he still lives there. For whatever reasons, be them economical, or laziness. Or it might be a dorm thing, which some universities still have, and therefore it won't just be him. Or it might be a partner imposed thing, which could be due to him pissing them off. Breenntt, I am aware of what curfew means. Just because I'm from the UK, does not mean I'm ignorant to American words or spellings. Also, I wasn't aware curfew was an American word, so I'm actually confused by your comment more than the FML.

There are always those curfews ordered by law enforcement officials... maybe he did something berry very bad!!

looks like its time for somebody to move out of mommy and daddys house
staciieee_x3 0
Dudeee. Man up & get that changed.. Or you could move out. :)
stevenmx86 8
Maybe you should move out of moms house....
ImaCanuck 0
Not everyone has the money to move out, he might be in school or looking for a job it's hard to find one these days. or he might just be lazy fyl and ydi.
glglgl19 5
And if his still living at his parents at 22his got to learn to play by their rules
pogopogopogo 8
If you dont have the means to move out, slowly begin to disregard-dont get kicked out or start a war over this.
