Today, at my hotel job, I had to help a drunk naked guy back into his room. Earlier today, a fat old guy wearing only briefs came down to the lobby drunk as hell. I used to like my job. FML

Fall
Dead leaves, the first cold of the season and an umbrella flipped inside out: fall, the season of grace.
Same thing different taste
We could be heroes
Today, I was at work at my local hospital. I went to the toilet to empty my bladder; the door was half open so I assumed it was empty. Upon opening the door, I was greeted with a half naked old man, who then yelled at me and violently shat himself, all over the walls and floor. FML
Today, I locked myself, drunk and naked, out of my hotel room. FML
Today, I helped an old man who fell over. Turns out he was drunk and had pissed himself. He decided to thank me with a hug. FML
Today, I woke up at a guy's house drunk and soaked in my own pee. I had passed out with all my clothes on. Since I was late for work and didn't have a change of clothes, all I could do was throw my jeans in the dryer. I had to sit all day at work in crusty pee pants. FML
Today, I had to point out the "no shirt, no shoes, no service" sign at my work to an extremely old, seemingly intoxicated man wearing an ill fitting speedo. FML
Bitchy
Today, I was mopping the floor at the hotel I work at. Before I could react, a gentleman stormed through the corridor and slipped and fell on the still wet floor. He complained to the owner, who bitched me out just to satisfy the guy. FML
Today, while on my graveyard shift at an inner-city backpackers lodge, a drunk pissed in a dorm at 4am. I had to clean up after him, wash all the luggage that got dowsed, clean up 2 separate piles of puke, and help 3 drunken Brits back to their room while they abused me. I have a science degree. FML
Too far gone
Today, I was so drunk that I pissed myself in a hotel hallway while wearing a dress. My shoes squished all the way back to the room. FML
Today, while we were in a hotel, I got so drunk I apparently couldn't find my room, and passed out in the corridor. I woke up to see hotel staff calling security. FML
Book him!
Today, there were reports of a drunk and disorderly male, and I arrived at the scene only to discover a drunk guy having explosive diarrhoea in a photo booth. He turned to me and shouted "God save the Queen!" It's then that I remembered it was my job to do something about it. FML

What changed? Now you have two more stories that are going to make you hilarious at the Thanksgiving table or any other social function.

When you work in Customer Service and Hospitality, you have to deal with the (sometimes literal) shit that happens. Also, if you don't like dealing with drunk people, working in a hotel is not for you. I'm guessing you didn't change your mind about your job only after these two minor incidents, because that would be pathetic, and frankly you'd look like a bit of a wuss. Be happy you have a job, weigh the pros against the cons, and handle the bad things as and when they occur, like an adult. Or, quit your job because you'll see a lot worse the longer you stay there, and it would appear as though you want to run away from even the smallest problem like a child. Your choice.

Yeah, but it's a stupid one. If OP was a paramedic, and complained about having to deal with a patient who was bleeding out, you'd say it was part of the job, and they should have known that going in. Same thing goes for working in a hotel. Things like this were bound to happen, and OP can't really complain about it like it's the worst thing in the world.

I bet you a dollar that if in those situations would’ve been attractive women instead you’d been very happy. Just sayin’
