Today, out of the blue, my husband suggested to his parents that they move to our town for the next six months, with the understanding that we’d see them nearly every day. I found out about this when they starting making plans. FML

Fall
Dead leaves, the first cold of the season and an umbrella flipped inside out: fall, the season of grace.
Same thing different taste
OK, bye then
Today, my boyfriend of 3 years sprung the news that he had gotten a new job across the country and would be moving immediately. With his wife and children. First I'm hearing about them. FML
Today, my husband and I moved to get closer to his job. Today he got transferred 150 miles away from where we moved to. FML
Unreasonable
Today, my family got mad at me and called me a "selfish" for not moving to the same state they’re in while I was visiting, so they could be closer to my kid. We were living in the same house as them until two years ago, in my current state, until they decided to move with only a month's notice for me to find a new place. FML
Home to roost
Today, I found out that my mother has been telling several people that my fiancé and I will be moving into her house for the foreseeable future. All because we're moving to a city close by for jobs and are still searching for housing. I found this out from several of the people she told. FML
Tight knit family
Today, I went to visit my parents after 4 years of not seeing them. They'd moved without telling me. FML
Today, I found out that my boyfriend of 7 years has been communicating extensively with his ex, who lives out of state, for over 6 months. She booked flights and a hotel nearby in a month and invited him. He didn't say no. FML
Put your foot down
Today, my boyfriend and I moved into our own house. He proceeded to invite his parents to stay for the week. The same parents we've lived with for the past 5 years. FML
Today, my in-laws moved in. FML
You really shouldn't have
Today, I was awakened by knocking on my door, only to find my parents standing there. Turns out, they booked two one-way tickets to visit me from another country. Their plan? I should scrap my upcoming 2-week vacation to hang out because they invested in this trip. Oh, and they didn't book a hotel. I'm 31. FML
Today, I decided to pay a surprise visit to my family after I got some work leave. I drove over and knocked on the door, and a young couple answered. Apparently, my entire family decided to move to Texas, and didn't bother to tell me. FML

Do they not like you? Or do you not like them? I need more info before I can come up with a comedy gem like “sounds like a shitty situation.”

I know a lot of people hate their in-laws, but how bad do they have to be if you don't want your husband to see his parents on a daily basis? Although considering your user name, I'm wondering if you're on the brink of divorcing him, and now you feel you can't leave, because they'll be close by, and it'd be awkward to run into them after you've left your husband. Whatever the case may be, you should talk to your husband before it's too late.

They’re not moving into your house. I don’t see the problem.

You should meet mine. My partner avoids them as much as he possibly can, and we lived in the same town as them for 4.5 years

First- OP said "we'd" see them every day. Her husband, without ever talking to her about it, made plans on her behalf for EVERY SINGLE DAY FOR SIX MONTHS. I'm sorry your life is so empty that you never have any plans, but for the rest of us who have jobs and friends and hobbies and pets, it's really hard to accept that someone decided that every single day you have a social engageent. And that's even if she loved her in-laws. Even if OP skips it, she is still reasonably pissed off to find out that her husband has decided that for six months his first priority is mommy and daddy, not even allowing for the idea that his wife might need or want some time with him. That level of enmeshment with parents is insane, and making major life plans with mommy and daddy and not even thinking of talking to your wife is a serious, serious sign of bad priorities and sick relationship.

You must have a terrible relationship with your family to think like that.

I hope you divorced that control freak.
