Today, a customer complained that her salad had "too much lettuce." Her bowl was less than half-filled with lettuce and the rest was cheese. FML

Fall
Dead leaves, the first cold of the season and an umbrella flipped inside out: fall, the season of grace.
Same thing different taste
How very dare you?
Today, while working, a woman complained that she didn't ask for sauce on her sandwich. After examining the sandwich, I realized it was just melted cheese. When I told her, she threw the sandwich at me. FML
Today, while on break from work, I went to the cafeteria and bought cheese cubes. One of my coworkers, who is usually very pleasant, asked to try some and I said yes. She ate all the cheddar cubes in the bowl, which are the only ones I like. I wasted $3 for someone else to eat my food. FML
Today, whilst working my waitressing job, I had a patron lose his rag at me because there was too much "green stuff" in his salad. What did he expect? Chicken? FML
Today, a neighbor came by while I was cooking. She asked for some of my cheese, so I gave her a big slice and told her I only had cheddar. She angrily refused to accept the slice, and made her way to my fridge. She then yelled at me for not having an assortment of cheeses. FML
Thanks Karen
Today, I was taking a customer's order when she said she'd better go for a salad, because she was getting fat. She was actually very slim, so I told her she wasn't fat at all. She took one look at me and snorted, "Yeah, not compared to you, that's for sure." FML
Words is hard
Today, my customer complained to me that there were no scallops in her dish when it was "clearly stated on the menu." Finally, after she ran out of breath, I had to show her that the menu said scallions. She didn't understand, screamed at me and then walked out on her bill. FML
Today, I ordered some burgers at a fast food joint. When I said, "No lettuce," the cashier looked dumbfounded and asked, "What's that?" I literally had to say, "The green stuff" before she got it. I'm losing hope. FML
Today, a lady cussed me out for not bringing her salad and pizza to her table. She then wanted her money back. I work at a buffet; a self-serve buffet. FML
Today, a customer complained that one of our cashiers smiles too much. FML
Today, I was eating pizza and I started bitching about how our campus doesn't have any healthy food choices, and that I was forced to eat this disgusting, greasy pizza. My friend then pointed out that I was standing next to the salad bar. FML

She needed more room for her cheese, obviously.

I definitely don't miss working in the restaurant business, the whole "the customer is always right" thing would drive me crazy especially in times like that..hopefully she doesn't complain there's too much cheese next. Good luck OP!

Once, I ordered a salad from Subway and they asked me "would you like lettuce in that?"

You can actually get a salad without lettuce at subway. I like mine with spinach instead of lettuce.

You should have given her one lettuce leaf and the whole bag of cheese. That's how I like my salads. Oh and don't forget to toss it
freddygasman 18
Yes, because everyone likes their salad tossed.

"Yes, I'd like a salad, not too much lettuce and extra cheese. On second thought, forget the lettuce, just cheese. Put all the cheese you have on it."

You know why she's so rigid, right? She probably hasn't pooped in a year! ? unless she is lactose intolerant in which case I hope she has plenty of Charmin, A&D ointment and a never-ending supply of Febreeze.

Maybe she wanted more in her salad besides lettuce and cheese?
