Today, my boss found me on a dating app. He found it perfectly acceptable to message me and didn't understand why I wasn't comfortable with it. He now wants to have a meeting with me about inappropriate behavior outside of work. FML

Today, I arrived at work to find out someone had signed me up to a dating site. Apparently, my inability to speak to women has reached "boss level". Quite literally, as my boss was the one who signed me up. FML
Today, I was matched with my boss on Tinder. FML
Today, my boss fired me because he wants to start dating my mother and apparently doesn't want it to be "awkward." FML
Today, my boss broke off our relationship because he said it's inappropriate. I really liked him, but I accepted it and respected his integrity. A few hours later, I found out he's now dating my colleague. FML
Today, I was fired from my job. Why? Because my boss has been dating my newly divorced mother, and he didn't want family get-togethers to be "awkward." FML
Today, my boss sent me to a meeting with a client I've never met to do some damage control and renegotiate his contract. For two hours, he alternated between threatening to sue us, and making vulgar comments about raping me in his office. FML
Today, my boss was standing behind me, looking at my phone. Why was I writing smut? Did he see? How much did he see? Is he a fan? Why was he even there? I hate it here. FML
Today, my boss and I had to come up with a code to call if a person acts inappropriately towards me because I "attract too many weirdos." FML

Today, I was talking to this girl I really like at my work. Everything was going fine until our boss called me into his office. Apparently I was being a little too flirty with his daughter. FML

I think this kinda goes without saying but take screenshots or print out copies of the message(s), that way you can take those into HR or the appropriate people at work and show them where you stated you were uncomfortable with the situation and how it escalated from there.

If your boss starts berating you for being on a dating app I'd point out to him that he found you while he him self using the app and ask is it the use of the app or the fact that you turned him down which brings up harassment issue and it's his behavior inappropriate.

Go to HR immediately. Once you told your boss that you found it inappropriate for him to do something sexual/romantic that is the end of it. If he tries to do anything, including calling you in to his office to discuss the matter further there he is probably creating a hostile work environment.
