The company didn't force the jerky down your throat...so... I'm not sure how you could make a legal case. You ate at your own risk.

Wow, I don't think I've ever heard of someone breaking a tooth on jerky - it's not even that hard (the stuff I've had, at least).... Do you have softened enamel? Or... Something like that?!? FYL, OP. I hope the chip/break isn't too big or noticeable, let alone painful.
