Today, my mother shared my phone number with my brother, despite my explicit wishes that she didn't. He immediately went and put it on Craigslist and several other websites. This is the fourth time I've had to change my number for that very same reason. FML

Today, someone posted online a listing for a bicycle for sale, and accidentally put my phone number instead of their own. I have received more calls in one day than I have from friends and family in a week. FML
Today, I've changed my number twice already. When I asked why the insurance agent gave my contact details away without my consent, she replied, "But he seemed so concerned about you!" I suddenly wish there was a serial killer list I can upload her personal information to. Not that I'll actually do it, but fuck you. FML
Today, after I had changed my number to get away from my abusive ex, my mom decided to give him my new one. She insists that I need to give him another chance. FML

Today, I found my mother wandering the halls of my fraternity unescorted and asked why she was here, she told me she was concerned when I didn't pick up my phone for two days. She then informed me that she had also moved to the same city I live in. My mother moved over 600 miles to stalk me. FML
Today, my husband gave my cellphone number to his most obnoxious, creepiest friend. I've been drunken-dialed five times already. FML

Look up "hot girl" on Google Images, scroll down a few pages, and do it back to him. I'd also recommend several kicks to the nuts, but your mother would be too dense to realize why he deserves it. FYL, but you kind of deserved it for letting this happen four times. I'd have stopped giving my mother my number after the second time.

I'd give your mom a fake phone number and warn her (again) not to give it to your brother. If it winds up on Craigslist or other sites, then you know you were smart to withhold your real number. Why is your brother using your number? It makes no sense to me.

It's harsh but tell your mom she won't be allowed to have your new number either. If she can't respect your wishes then it's best to be firm with her.
