Today, I told a lady that came into my clothing store that I thought her abstract looking necklace was pretty. She responded, "Oh… That's actually a pipe that goes into my lung." FML

You should tell her you also have a pipe that go into her pretty much anywhere. It's not pretty and you are not allowed to display it. Apologize for the fact that it cannot reach her lungs.
