Seems like you have 2 options, either live with it or divorce her and move on to someone who wants to be physical.

If she doesn't want sex, then it either isn't enjoyable for her (and she's told you this, but you refuse to listen), or she's having medical/physical issues (she prob also told you & you dismissed).
