does it matter what happened? whatever he flushed was something he wasn't supposed to. either something valuable/important went bye-bye or something clogged the toilet and flooded the bathroom. the punchline is that every time a child flushes a toilet and follows it with "uh oh," it's too late to prevent whatever destruction they've just caused.
