Hey, man, sorry to hear! I have written three books and would be devastated if that happened to me! Hopefully, you still remember the plot, just think of it as an early rewrite/edit, and hopefully you will emerge with a better book than before! I assume you know how to save it in the clouds? Email it to yourself as an attachment, I always do that, usually to a couple of different addys! Hang in there and good luck!

The book wasn't quite a life's work, just a pretty good amount. It was encoded in a way difficult to translate.

If you're taking up the challenge of writing a book, don't you think you could more successfully write a FML that actually makes sense? Anyways, you should have probably kept multiple copies. Sucks bro.
