I'd say you could talk to him, and see if you can save your marriage, but if you have kids together, and he's looking to play the field, he's not worth it anymore.

Don't play games in confronting him. Respect yourself by staying at the honorable level of giving him the truth, as it is what you had hoped he was giving you; that you know what he has done, how it has hurt you, and what you want going forward.
