Today, I was at a party and I really had to use the bathroom. There were 30-40 people talking outside the door, so I thought it would be ok to make some noise. Just as I'm about to begin having explosive diarrhea, everyone fell silent as my dad began to pray for our meal. FML

i agree with 89... 88 they dont have to put a specific phrase its called common sense......... if they pray before the meal its not a house party

i just love the fact that you said explosive dirrarea

I find it a little odd how the main target on the comments is Christianity. You don't necessarily have to be a Christian to pray, many religions and even non-religious people pray.

I'm confused about your post. Non religious people pray? So, atheists, who don't believe in the existence of any deity, pray? Praying is speaking to a deity. Now, if you mean people who believe in something but are not overly religious about it pray, I can understand. But if it was the first one, I'm sorry, but any atheist who prays isn't an atheist at all. Now, I know you'll probably never respond because this post is over a year old, but hey, just thought I'd put in my two cents.

After reading FML for a few months now, I am forced to conclude that 90% of Americans regularly have diarrhea. Maybe it's something in the water?

I wonder how that went with the dinner.
