Today, while walking down the street, I saw a man attacking a woman in an alley. I ran to help, and shoved the man away from her. Except it turns out he wasn't attacking her; he was getting it on with his fiancée. FML

i think that was awesome of you OP! I don't think there are many people that would actually do something if they were in that situation. yeah what happened must have been super awkward, but better safe than sorry right. what if she really was being attacked and you walked by because you weren't 100% sure. that would be way worse.
